This is one of my favorite types of Jasper.  It comes from a region in Western Australia that's rich in iron ore and which was once part of a vast inland sea, billions of years ago!   I chose silver-plated and gold colored wire for this piece to tie in with the golds and greys of the stone. 
I included a picture of the stone in its raw form, just because it's so cooll to look at!
